Fulfillment & Payments
You ship from your own stock in Israel. Payments settle in ILS — zero commission, zero deposit.
Before you onboard: sign with a tracking carrier
Online shipment tracking on AliExpress is supported through only three carriers — HFD, Kexpress, and Teleport. You must sign a contract with one of them yourself, offline — the platform does not arrange this for you. Until you have signed, you cannot declare shipments or generate tracking in the AliExpress seller dashboard. Treat this as a hard onboarding requirement and arrange it early.
In the AliExpress Direct (GSP) model you fulfill every order from your own local stock in Israel. The platform does not run a warehouse and does not ship for you — it handles traffic, marketing, customer service, and return/exchange policy. Storage, shipping, and tracking are yours.
The Order Lifecycle
- Customer places an order on AliExpress
- You declare shipment within 2 business days (mandatory)
- Your signed carrier (HFD / Kexpress / Teleport) picks up within 1 business day of declaration
- Customer receives the product
- Customer confirms receipt — the 15-day payout countdown starts
- Funds are released to your bank account in ILS
How Fulfillment Works
- You store stock in Israel and ship every order yourself — from your own warehouse or your own 3PL arrangement.
- The three tracking carriers Online shipment tracking on AliExpress works only through HFD, Kexpress, or Teleport. Choose one and sign with them directly — the platform does not set this up for you.
- Tracking is generated after you sign Once your carrier contract is in place, you declare shipments in the AliExpress seller dashboard and tracking is generated automatically.
- What the platform does NOT do The platform does not manage your warehouse and does not ship your orders. It runs traffic, marketing, customer service, and the return/exchange policy.
Payment Terms
- Settlement currency: ILS (Israeli Shekels)

- Deposit: 0 — Israeli local entity sellers pay no deposit
- Bank account: must be in the registered company name
- Early payout: available for qualified sellers (subject to platform risk assessment and seller tier)
